The process for Food Pantries

How it Works

  • Volunteers receive and scan new product UPC codes with their phones, and the inventory gets updated automatically.

  • Once a user is entered into the system, they receive emails for products that are in inventory and can easily see what’s new and what’s about to expire.

  • Users simply select food or other products within the GoodsInHand app, add them to their cart, and submit. That's It!

  • A volunteer will receive a submitted order and use the GoodsInHand app to process the order.

  • Once the order has been prepared, an email is sent out to the user that the order is ready for pickup or delivery!
