How to Process an Order

This video walks through how to process orders as an Admin.

follow these steps:

  1. To toggle to Admin mode (if you’re set as an Admin), tap your name in the top right, and select Admin from the dropdown menu.

  2. The Admin Homepage of the app will be a “Manage Orders” screen - showing you all of the orders that have been submitted.

  3. You can see the new orders, the quantity, state of the order, and order details.

  4. To pick and pack the order, click the order, and check the checkbox that you have those items.

  5. To print the packing slip to add to the bag, click the Print Packing Slip button.

  6. When done, click Done button.
